Diecast vehicles, models, and other items shown in product photos for demonstration purposes are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Lane Garage.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Lane Garage is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Damages & Incorrect Items

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery regarding an eligible issue and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
